Tarquins Cornish Pastis

Tarquins Cornish Pastis is a contemporary Cornish take on the French aniseed classic. Tarquin’s Cornish Pastis is the first ever to be made in the UK, and the first Pastis to ever win “Double Gold” at the San Francisco World Spirits Awards. Foraged gorse flowers from the Atlantic clifftops and fresh orange zest help to deliver its fresh, invigorating and unique aroma. Zero added sugar. Tasting notes:
Candied black liquorice, fresh orange zest and freshly picked garden herbs on the nose. Gentle cracked black pepper spice, fresh fennel and fragrant orange blossom on the palate. Very full bodied with creamy texture. Extremely long finish, but with a dryness to it. Lingering herbal complexity, citrus freshness and gentle sweet spice.

Pairs perfectly with:
A dash of water or cloudy apple juice.
