Taiphoon gluten free beer has a complex recipe involving maize and barley malts infused with two English and three Continental hop varieties, which give this pale, thirst-quenching ale a distinctly hoppy yet flowery palate. The addition of coriander and lemongrass give a zing to the flavour, which makes this beer the ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes. 4.2% 500ml
