A velvety, rich and jammy with bold beautiful hints of juniper. A true sloe gin made with traditional methods. Perfect on its own or add to bubbles. 26% 700ml.

This is where it all began. Conservation work on the farm ended up yielding lots of fruit on the hedges helping wildlife; it also gave us an idea for a little business! Twenty years on we’re still making it in the same way; hand-picked, hedgerow fruit steeped in our own Hedgerow Gin with a bit of sugar – how our country fore-fathers have made it for centuries.

Nose – rich dark aromatic fruits and cherry, with gentle almond notes

Palate – velvety, rich and jammy, bold and beautiful, hints of juniper

Finish – sweet and dry, warming the cockles, as it goes by

Sweetness – mid-range sweetness
