Our golden spiced rum is produced in small batches, column distilled in the shadows of old Salford Docks, and expertly infused with vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and dried Caribbean fruits. 40% 700ml

Salford Spiced Rum is inspired by the flavors of the Caribbean rum and spice imports received into Salford Docks during the early 1900s, Salford Rum is also a tribute to the dock-workers who were the beating heart of our great dock during this era. Salford spiced rum

We have a large selection of British Rums in store from fun to serious. Spiced is available in light, golden and dark. Our liqueurs include the fabulous Dark Lantern with a taste profile of rum & raisin and salted caramel, tastes just like honeycomb.

For the more serious drinker we have our 57% HMS Victory from the Isle of Wight. Think pussers rum, only better.

We have customer samples in store with expert mixing and pairing advice. The shop is open 7 days a week.

Rum is made by fermenting and then distilling sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. The distillate, a clear liquid, is usually aged in oak barrels. It’s produced in nearly every sugar-producing region of the world, such as the Philippines, where Tanduay is the largest producer globally.
