Ingredients:

• 50ml Tarquin’s Passion Fruit & Peach Gin
• 20ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 20ml Lime Juice
• Passion Fruit (scooped out)
• Sparkling Wine

Method:

• Shake all the ingredients (except the sparkling wine) over ice for 20 seconds. Then strain into a chilled coupe glass!
