Mermaid Winter Gin is a rich and warming infusion of Mermaid Gin with seasonal fruits and aromatic spices. Luscious figs and vine-ripened grapes are blended with cassia, orange peel, and Isle of Wight honey, distilled and infused with our signature gin. The result is a velvety, spiced gin with a deep sweetness and a hint of sea air. 70cl 38%

Tasting notes – A rich and warming gin that’s smooth, refreshing, and complex. Aromas of fig and vanilla blend with fresh citrus and aromatic spices. The taste is a velvety sweetness, gentle spice with a hint of sea air, leading to a long, layered finish with a well-rounded mouthfeel. Winter gin is best served with a splash of Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic and garnish with dried orange peel and fresh rosemary.
