Infused on the Isle of Wight with fragrant rock samphire, fresh white cherry and apricots. Local honey from our beehives and black salt from our floodtides. Mermaid Spiced Rum has been gently spiced using local holy grass, cassia, vanilla and a hint of sea air. Delicate caramel notes and vibrant fruity spice.
Best served with ice, ginger ale and a squeeze of fresh lime for the perfect spiced rum or to enjoy neat with ice too
Mermaid Spiced Rum is a blend of Caribbean rums from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic. Sugar cane and molasses distilled in column stills and aged two to five years in bourbon whiskey oak barrels. There’s a long history of shipwrecks bringing caribbean rum to the Island shores.
Presented in a stunning eco-friendly bottle. Crafted from recyclable glass, the Mermaid bottle has a natural cork stopper and compostable tamper-proof seal. Mermaid boxes are reusable and recyclable. The gin is in a plastic-free package and supporting marine conservation projects,
