Mary Rose Gin is a classic London Dry gin. Mary Rose gin is a hand-crafted using carefully selected organic botanicals, sourced from local suppliers to create an unforgettable drinking experience. Mary Rose gin is distilled using organic British wheat grain spirit. A smooth rich flavour allows for more of the delicate essential oils to excite the senses. Pink Grapefruit peel to develop fresh citrus notes as well as Rosemary for a soft, subtle finish.

We distil our gin using an organic, 100% British wheat grain spirit for our base, rather than the commonly used potato-based spirit, as we believe this produces a smooth, rich flavour that is not as harsh on the palette and allows for more of the delicate essential oils and flavours to excite the senses.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Mary Rose Gin

150ml Premium Indian tonic water

A slice of red grapefruit & sprig of rosemary

Lots of ice

METHOD

Place plenty of ice in a Copa glass

Add 50ml of  Gin

Add 150ml of Premium Indian tonic water

Garnish with a slice of red grapefruit and sprig of rosemary

Gently stir and serve.
