The first fruit gin from our Dorset Distillery is an uncompromising dedication to the mighty Raspberry.
We start by distilling our flagship Dorset Dry Gin in tiny batches with locally foraged Gorse flowers. Post distillation we slow infuse the gin with British Raspberries that have been frozen at peak ripeness at the point of harvest.
Conker Raspberry Gin perfectly captures the jammy, tart complexity of a freshly-picked punnet of Raspberries, wonderfully balanced with the dry and herbaceous spice of our award-winning Dorset Dry Gin. 70cl 40%

Tasting Notes: Berry sweetness of Raspberry jam met with a dry piney juniper to create a lovely dance of bitter and sweet, leading to the soft spice and fresh citrus of the Dorset Dry Gin.
Serving Suggestions: long with classic tonic, bitter lemon or ginger ale, garnished with a slice of lemon and fresh mint
